Pudding Hollow

Pudding Hollow sits nestled into the woods at a corner of our private drive. This cozy cottage with both deck and screen porch looks out over a grassy lawn and wooded hillside – a short walk down a forest path brings you to the Dam! The kitchen and family room run across the front of the house, while the bedrooms and bath are off a hallway in back, with views of the forest behind.

Alice's Cabin

This spacious cabin by the brook was originally a two-room log cabin. Over the years a bedroom addition was built on each end, making it a comfortable retreat for up to six people. Of all our houses, Alice’s Cabin is closest to the recreation area, and looks out directly over the tennis court and Dam.

Valley View

In 2022, we updated Valley View with major improvements to insulation and a minisplit system to provide supplemental heat and A/C.

Valley View is a charming one-bedroom sitting on a hilltop at the edge of a large meadow. The house features a wraparound deck which extends the living space into the outdoors, and large picture windows and sliding glass doors bring light and views inside. The house is perfect for a single occupant or couple – the daybed in the living room can accommodate one more.

The Farm House

The Farm House is currently rented out full-time through 2023. Please contact us for details about future availability.

A delightful 1790s classic, the Farm House sleeps up to seven people and is conveniently located on the town road. The view across the road to the east in summer is of green meadows sloping down toward the Dam, with the forested hills rising up behind them providing a gorgeous backdrop.
